Eligibility Requirements
Age
3 or 4 years old by September 1 of school year
Income
Family income ≤ 300% of Federal Poverty Level**
Residency
Maryland resident within district boundaries
Documents
Proof of birth, residency, income, immunization, IEP/IFSP (if applicable), home language survey, 2024 tax return or two most recent paystubs.
300% Income Eligibility Guidelines:
** If the child applying has an IEP or speaks a different language in a home, they do not need to meet the 300% income requirement, they need to meet the 600% requirement.
