Goals For Staff
Our staff is involved with ongoing professional development that is approved by MSDE child care licensing and MSDE accreditation guidelines. The professional development provides the latest and best Early Childhood practices. We are kept informed of new governmental policies, pending regulations, initiatives and changes that will affect our field and profession. We maintain all standards and are current with health issues, CPR/FIRST AID and mental health issues that may affect our teaching and care of the children. (Maryland Department of Child Care Licensing Regulations for operating a child care center) The management of The Nurturey Children’s Center provides resources and financially supports the staff’s continuing education in the field of Early Childhood both through scheduling and financial assistance. The Nurturey Children’s Center is maintained as a professional and respectful work environment for our staff and families. We uphold the ethical standards of professional educators and caregivers for our position in the families we serve.
